• Primary Selection: Clients must order at least one item at 100% of the guest count (e.g., 100 guests = 100 items of one selection).

• Additional Items: Clients can add more options, with a minimum order of 10 items or 25% of the guest count for each additional choice, whichever is greater (e.g., 100 guests = at least 25 items for each additional choice).
